STEMRoll products are made to order. This helps us offer a wider range of science-, technology-, engineering-, and math-inspired designs while avoiding unnecessary inventory.
Free U.S. standard shipping
Standard shipping is free for every order delivered within the United States. No minimum purchase is required. If an expedited option is available, its price will be shown at checkout.
Processing time
Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Production may take longer during unusually busy periods or around holidays.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: typically 7–10 business days after production.
- International: typically 10–20 business days after production. Customs processing may add time.
These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. You will receive tracking information when it is available.
International shipping costs, duties, and taxes
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees charged after shipment are the customer’s responsibility. For eligible European Union orders, VAT is included in the displayed price and collected in accordance with applicable requirements.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost, contact us promptly at support@stemroll.com with your order number and, when relevant, photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
Returns
